How to use it:
- Put Rapé of your choice inside the palm of your hand and with the long part of your Kuripe take half the amount of Rapé you have in your hand.
- Then take a couple of deep breaths and set your intention.
- Put the short part of the Kuripe in your mouth and the long side inside one of the nostrils, traditionally left nostril first.
- And blow soft but deep.
- And then repeat the same process for the other nostril. The idea is to feel up to the nape of your neck and behind your ears.
